i was grateful for the lovely and helpful staff. the rooms are beautifully decorated, i found that the comfortable bed and the plentiful towels were a plus. the shower was great and there was a nice selection of hot drink options.
I found that some aspects could be improved. The breakfast lacked variety, with only a few pastries available and a limited selection of items. it felt a bit rationed, preventing me from enjoying a more generous portion without depriving other guests.
