small room broken pass
The location was good. It was near the city center.
the room i booked, a SMALL double room, was way too small. it felt MORE like a single. the pass to my room stopped working on the second night, i had to go to reception repeatedly to fix it.

i was grateful for the lovely and helpful staff. the rooms are beautifully decorated, i found that the comfortable bed and the plentiful towels were a plus. the shower was great and there was a nice selection of hot drink options.
I found that some aspects could be improved. The breakfast lacked variety, with only a few pastries available and a limited selection of items. it felt a bit rationed, preventing me from enjoying a more generous portion without depriving other guests.

Check-in was quick, and the staff offered assistance with luggage. The staff provided fresh milk for in-room drinks, a welcome touch (and I appreciated it). Breakfast included a wide variety of cooked-to-order options. I found the parking management effective, maximizing space near the city center.
I noticed a slight smell from the bathroom and the window rattled a bit in the wind.
